Prairie Lights
Before Red River College Polytechnic's Hospitality, Baking and Culinary Arts students moved downtown into Jane's and the Paterson Global Foods Institute, they operated a restaurant called Prairie Lights at the Notre Dame Campus.

Jane's treats diners to a new experience in urban upscale, while providing hands-on training opportunities for students in Hospitality and Culinary Arts. The restaurant occupies the site of the building's former bank hall, an ornate and awe-inspiring space that serves as a stunning architectural centrepiece.
